Tere Bin is a story of a Doctor being caught in a dilemma of love and self-sacrifice. Dr Akshay’s best friend - Nilesh dies, leaving behind his pregnant fiancé Vijaya. Feeling a sense of indebtedness towards Nilesh, Akshay gets married to Vijaya to protect her self-respect. Letting go of his love for Dr. Nandini, Akshay’s self-sacrifice gives Vijaya and her daughter Neeti a new life, but creates a storm in his personal life which is still in turmoil.
